Hi Hope everyone is well.

I've had vaginal tear near my perineum for a year or so they would come and go didn't really cause any issues. However this time around I have had a tear and had 2/3 white spots forms this have been so painful and itchy.

Does anyone know what these could be?

Please any help is much appreciated

The bumps I can see look like vulval varicosities- ie varicose veins on your bits

Tears can be caused by a yeast infection, which might also explain the white spots.

I've tried the canestan pessary and cream as advised by pharmacist but hasn't helped!

Pharmacist said could be herpes trying to book in with GP or Gum clinic

Just really sore and itchy.

I have a habit or worrying myself silly
