I'm aware you aren't all doctors but i can't go to my surgery until Monday now but I have this big a** lump on my stretch mark on my public area and its SUPER painful. It feels very big and all my other stretch marks seem to be very swollen and painful too. Any ideas what this could be?

I'd leave it open to the air. No plaster and no flannel. The infection needs to drain.

I'd be pulling the thin top skin off that with some tweezers then pouring isopropyl alcohol on it once it had drained a bit (assuming it did). I wouldn't be able to stop myself - I'm not saying it's sensible.
