Defecating procrogram

Anyone had one of these ? Did it show your prolapse was worse than what can be seen by the eye? Been told mines mild but it’s been giving me so much groef and rueijing my life so I’ve been sent for this X-ray and hoping for answers

I've had it and it's the stupidest procedure I've ever had. Lying down flat on your back being told to poo out some gel. Argh. I couldn't do it and really pushed hard and damaged my prolapse further. A standing mri would make more sense. Good luck
