Appears that I have abdominal adhesions following a previous c section and a recent ovary removal. I am getting pain going down the front of my legs so wondering if anybody has had similar and how long the pain seems to last for. It's on either side of my groin and have had kidneys etc checked and all clear. Not sure what has caused the flare up in pain but it definitely seems to be better after maintaining drinking lots of water.
