Hormone/post partum headaches

I'm 12 weeks postpartum with my second baby, been having headaches pretty much since baby was born. They're on the left side of my head only, almost constant, mild ish pain, can be exacerbated by light.
My GP thought they're hormone related, I'm exclusively breastfeeding so could be to do with that? At my 6 week check he told me to manage with paracetamol which has been working fine, but at what point so I need to try something else? I'm wondering if it's hormone related would going on one of the contraceptive pills maybe counterbalance the hormones? Any thoughts? TIA x

Super complex viramin B (high strength) is good for keeping hormonal headaches at bay. I buy Linden's on ebay. It's approx £10 for 90 tablets. Green & white packet.
