Normal to ovulate so soon after pill?

I decided to stop my mini pill a couple of weeks ago it gave me bad mood swings. I had my withdrawal bleed which lasted 4 days, it ended around last sunday. Since yesterday I’ve had cervical mucus as if I were ovulating, quite a lot of it. Surely I shouldn’t be ovulating so soon? It’s just clear and stretchy, I usually don’t have that much discharge unless I have thrush but it’s not the same kind of discharge

I conceived my first two the month immediately after stopping the combined pill, without having a normal period first. Then conceived on the mini-pill after forgetting it one night and not taking it until the following morning. So, yes, you can!

Yes I fell pregnant within the first week of coming off the pill after being on it for 5 years! So certainly possible.

I was on the pill for years with occasional breaks. I'd always ovulate the first month after stopping it.

Well it makes sense, when you think about having to take the pill daily. So the effects of the pill only last for a day. Stop taking it and it is not effective. Miss a day and it's not effective.
