Passed tissue lining graphic photos

Hi everyone.
im sorry if these photos are too graphic. I keep passing the following type of tissue on my period. I have been bleeding straight for 6-7 months now. I have been put onto the pill, Microgynon 30, 2 months ago by my doctor to help but I’m still bleeding and still in pain passing these tissues and clots. I am going to have an MRI to look at the possibility of endometriosis and I have chronic bladder pain. I am just wondering if anyone else experiences these large tissue discharge (very tough like skin texture) and if so do you have diagnosed health problems such as endometriosis? Thankyou!

I had huge clots and frequently had thick, grey tinged lumps along with heavy bleeding. They did scan me and confirmed fibroids. When I finally had a hysterectomy they also confirmed endometriosis.
