Is it just postpartum vaginal issues or smell/irritation

I gave birth 6 weeks ago, it was a natural birth but they did insert gels of some sort to check cervix etc. I also got antibiotic through the blood. After the birth because of second degree tear and the bleeding I wore pads (the washable ones but also the hospital ones (disposable and other disposable ones) I stopped wearing them and everything seemed fine as bleeding had stopped maybe around 3/4 weeks
other than bleeding I didn’t feel any irritation then the last two weeks I have had this odour vaginally, i sometimes feel dry internally and irritated but short lived, I don’t wear pants when in house because have been prone to yeast infections in the past. I would say this smells but when I google Bv and had BV in past too it’s not that smell.
Sometimes there is little bits of green on toilet paper like dots? Not all the time though just few occassions
I don’t feel irritated all the time but sometimes feel itchy in clit area, it’s not constant and thats normally after feeling sweaty and chaffing a lot. I have noticed when wearing pads there is more discharge ie possibly leak (slight) normally yellow/white colour but had that in past

i mentioned to gp and they didn’t do any tests and brushed off, would sexual health check? and the same with stitches to see if they’re gone? What tests can determine if its not yeast or bv what is it?

i have had no sex since the birth possibly 33 week mark and i only use water, my routine is same

i have took lacto tablets and kefir but :/

You could get a Juno vaginal screen. That would diagnosis any dysbiosis.
