Mini pill periods

Hi everyone, I just stopped my mini pill mid pack about 4 days ago and I believe I am starting my period. My last period started 16th of jan so it lines up on when I should be having it, but i’m a bit concerned as I read your period isn’t supposed to come back for a few weeks. It might be a withdrawal bleed but I am having pms symptoms, headaches bloating etc. Wondering if it’s normal for periods to come back straight away or if I should talk to the doctor

Everyone is different. It definitely sounds within the realms of normality especially if you still had periods when you were on the pill.

I got pregnant twice coming off the mini pill without bleeding at all, so everyone is different.

I always thought it left your body pretty quickly, so bleed could come anytime

If you've stopped mid pack then it's likely to be a withdrawal bleed rather than a proper period.
