HRT for perimenopause?

Can you get HRT if you're only in peri?

I believe I am. I have every single symptom, I also have bleeding during sex, irregular bleeding, constant flooding. I am waiting on ablation, only been waiting since September 2020 so you know, probably awhile longer yet.

I asked several times if I could be in peri-menopause and the GP each time has said, "no, I don't think so, you're too young". I was 37 when this began I'm 39 now.

I started taking a load of vitamins and supplements which help a bit, but I'm still so tired, achey, forgetful, bleeding constantly, and irritable. I am guessing it's a fight to get it even in full menopause?

Hi.. advice please🤞
51 and I have been on continuous HRT since last March. Still had my periods. Was on sequential HRT before that.
bleeding( albeit lightly )twice in the month… first lasting 6 days and second 2-3(about 2weeks later)
Gp referral to menopause clinic but it’s going to be a 38week wait. They did check my FSH level and I’m ’still In peri’
Any advice please? Thanks!!!
