Hormone imbalance

Since having my daughter I have had various symptoms including fatigue, headaches, rosacea, IBS, brain fog, a very low threshold for stress/ anxiety, very low libido and a worse memory than normal.
I put it down to lack of sleep and the stress of my work (once I went back). I have now changed job to a much less stressful job, I've had therapy and my daughter mostly sleeps through the night.

However the problems persist and it has made me wonder if something else is going on. I've had bloods taken and there's no signs of key vitamin deficiency/ no issues is WCC etc.
I've purchased a hormone testing kit online to see if it flags anything up.

However following research into the area it is so confusing as the information is so conflicting and I don't know what to believe. Even down to which day I should test my hormones. Some say on day 3 and others say day 21.

I am 36 and my daughter is almost 4.

Has anyone been tested for hormonal imbalances and found any of the recommendations actually work?

Home hormone testing kits are worse than useless; do not use this.

Have they properly tested your thyroid gland levels?. Those should be tested as a matter of course as those symptoms could all point to you having thyroid issues.

Thank you for your reply.
Can I ask why the tests are useless? I've already purchased one but paid for additional tests including thyroid actually.
They haven't tested that for me yet via the docs.

I know you are only 36 but some women do enter perimenopause early - your symptoms are the same as mine were when I started HRT.
