Aerobic Vaginitis?

Has anyone received a diagnosis for aerobic vaginitis and if so, what tests did medical professionals perform to reach this diagnosis? I’ve been suffering with most of the symptoms now for 8 weeks but am routinely dismissed by my GP and gynaecology. Absolutely at my wits end!

I should also add, I have tested my ph at home and it is far too high. My GP said since my BV swab was negative that this was irrelevant but I have all the symptoms of AV! They’re refusing to do HVS as it “looks like dermatitis”. 6 weeks of dermovate hasn’t cleared it up, just provided temporary relief from the discomfort
