Period stopped than vaginal bleed minor cramp

I hope all is doing well. I am going to my GP just wanted to hear thoughts. Hopefully someone with similar experience. Period was lighter than usual in blood flow . Day 4 seemed it was tailing but then splash of red blood evenings and then wake up to blood when wiping and again splash of blood . Day 6 usually last day ended with red-brown blood I thought that’s it . Next day evening splash of red blood and now spotting morning of day 8. I don’t know if it’s stress but I am cramping worrying myself to death . 🤕

I am 35 and cycle 27-31 5/6 day bleed . Last cycle I had spotting before period but normal period.

It’s not easy to not worry and see blood out of my normal cycle .

I am so anxious this is day 10 and it’s getting a bit heavier thought this period all was a light flow and actually wouldn’t stain unless I had a wipe ( sorry if that’s TMI) so today it’s like how it was day 2 when I considered it a stronger flow but it was actually very light . Appointment is not until Saturday and I am freaking out would appreciate anyone coming along with a similar experience .
