Terrified - Smear results - high grade moderate dyskararosis

Hi everyone
I am sitting here in a right state. I have just had my smear results and they are HPV positive with high grade moderate abnormal cells.

My last smear in 2019 was HPV negative and the one in 2018 was HPV positive but no cell changes.

I am terrified because in that time it has gone and is now ‘back’ and gone to high grade.

I bled during my smear but not after. I am convinced it is something absolutely awful that they will find at colposcopy:(

I am a mum to a gorgeous 9 year old boy.

Wow, that is a long wait. The Dr said it is usually a week...but we are in London, so perhaps speedier here? I hate the waiting. It makes me so anxious.

I no well I had my second lletz 5 weeks ago and still waiting on the results of those

I just got mine back after 3 weeks and I had cin3

Mine will be two weeks on Wednesday and no results yet

I think between 3-4 weeks is normal. If it’s anything really bad they should call you within two weeks I think

@3babyxx how was recovery? I’m terrified of having this 2 weeks post lletz haemorrhage that I see women have. I’m only bleeding very lightly so I’m worried about a big bleed coming

Obviously everybody is different. I haven’t seen a lot of girls that have hemorrhaged though. But I had two days of absolute hell with the hemmorage and two infections which was like necrosis or sepsis or something and I’m still on antibitoics nearly two weeks later but apart from the two days been absolutely fine. I think light bleeding is ok . I haven’t bled since they stopped me bleeding x

Just an update my Lletz results came back cin 1 and cin 2 - go back for test of cure in 6 months
