Can anyone help me check if it is lump or pimple. It's painless and I'm scared about it

I'm not a doctor but it looks like a pimple.

Is there more to it under skin if you press?

As far as I know, they are harmless.
But get it checked for peace of mind.

No idea really, but it looks similar to a lump I get in one armpit sometimes. It's a sebaceous cyst, smaller than a pea, painless and harmless, I can squeeze it out no problems.

However, I tried to squeeze a sebaceous cyst on my leg recently (there's a thread in sporners corner with pics). Nothing came out, it became infected, turned into an abscess and I had to take antibiotics for 5 days, then have it cut and drained.

Wouldn't you know it- the cyst is back in the same place now but NO WAY am I squeezing this time.

Sorry for rambling OP! It could just be a skin tag, it looks pretty tiny. If you can feel something like a small pea under the skin I'd give it a gentle squeeze. If it doesn't immediately pop like a pimple, just leave it.
