In dier need of some advice. I'm 29 and 10 weeks ago I had my routine smear test (7 weeks postpartum) my results came back that I have high risk HPV and cell changes, and I've been referred for a colposcopy in 3 weeks time.

Yesterday whilst in the shower I was having a feel around in "there" and have found what feels like a rather large (approximate size of a rapberry) bumpy/ uneven lump on the inside top vaginal wall. I have no pain, no bleeding however I have noticed increased discharge (not smelly or discoloured in any way). Could this be what I think it is? I'm proper panicking!

I have recently been diagnosed with achalasia which has led me to loose nearly 3 stone in just over a year. So to be C positive now would just write me off as I can't eat anything which means my body is weak and my immune system is shot.
