Anyone else out there feel like they eat well all day and then after dinner it all goes haywire?!

I'm sick of going to bed feeling bloated and awful!

For the next 14 days, I challenge myself to not eat anything else after dinner which I usually have around 7pm.

Who's with me?!

Like your thinking - I've got a similar thread going, although I was too cowardly to aim for two weeks initially, so I just aimed for one. But today I finished a WHOLE week, so I'm now onto week 2.

How's it going, have you done it tonight?

I'm in
Not least because I have just started HRT and need 2 hours of no food before my evening pill
I think it will do me no end of good - no more picking. Bet I get though 300 unneeded calories a night doing it.

New start tomorrow!

Anyone still around from this thread? How did you do? Did you find anything the helped?

I'm late to the party but count me in.

@TooManyNameChanges12 The OP hasn't returned, but come and join my thread.

Today is the first day of week 6 of no snacking after dinner - I'm writing that but I still can't believe it! A few of us are doing really well. I'm seeing it as a permanent lifestyle change, rather than a diet.

The plan is to have no evening snacks for three more weeks, then we're giving up sugar too... 💪Join us!

I'm not very good with diets and I really don't want to try one then have it fail. So this is my plan: *As soon I have finished dinner, I'm going to...
