Quite frequently I’m getting a sort of dizzyness feeling like deja vu and loosing awareness for a couple of seconds and it’s making me feel sick (sometimes actually being sick) a headache and start shaking afterwards.

It can happen up to 4 times a day sometimes (not everyday though)

does anyone know what this is??

I'd make an appointment at the GP.

It sounds like a migraine but I'd definitely make sure. Your doctor is best placed to advise.

I got this for the last year. My ferritin was really low. I'm taking iron now and the dizziness has stopped.

If you can, try to record your blood pressure and heart rate when this happens. Also keep a record of BP and HR when you feel normal (e.g. twice a day when sitting quietly).

Also note what you are doing when the episodes happen, e.g. exercising, sitting still, bending over, relation to eating/drinking.

Best of luck getting it sorted out.
