Period on blood thinners

Have horrendous periods anyway but have been on blood thinners since October and honestly don't know if I can cope.
Literally soaking through every hour
Anyone have any advice?

I was the same, By the time I had gone upstairs to change, by the time I had got back downstairs I had soaked through jeans.
I have fibroids. One time we were in the car, only for 20minutes and it soaked all through onto the car seat.
In the end, although dangerous, I came off the blood thinners. This was my choice. I was advised to stay on them. But it was just unmanageable.

I take progesterone constantly to stop my periods after I restarted blood thinners. The first time I went on them I did have to come off as the specialist thought the risks of bleeding too much outweighed the clotting risks.
