Possible UTI

Have real burning pain when urinating and still burning after. I think I have a UTI.I have taken some pain killers but nothing is helping and can’t sleep.Anyone know any other remedies?

Antibiotics. Call your drs first thing.

Thank you for replying.I will ring the docs in the morning. Very uncomfortable tonight.Tried cystitis relief sachet but it hasn’t helped.
