The Mirena takes a while to settle, in terms of your body getting used to the hormones. The bleeding is normal and can last up to six months but is usually very light. Headaches also common - it's basically like having pmt in those first few weeks/months.

I'm on my second Mirena, I haven't had a period for over 6 years and it gives me no hassle at all, but it did take about 6-9 months to settle down, if you can persevere in my experience it is well worth it.

Yep, as above, had my 3rd fitted in October and light bleeding, headaches (albeit in menopausal) and get cramps too like period cramps - it settles

Thank you for your message
what about dizziness?

Yes dizziness is a symptom of the Mirena too. If it goes on for weeks though then that's not normal. You could be iron deficient if you're bleeding more than a little.
