So bit of a pickle. In March 2021 I was 16 stone 9. I started losing weight using ozempic. June 2022 I got to 12 stone. Reducing my calories as I went along. From 1300cal to 800cal. The 800 cal was too low I started losing my hair. Started feeling weak and dizzy ect. So I increased calories a little. And started weights and cardio at bootcamp class and walkng 8k steps daily. Ever since then I cannot for the life of me lose anything else. I've tried lowering cals again. Nothing. Increasing cals again. Nothing. I did give my body a break by not dieting for 2 months. I gained again and lost it. Back at 12 stone and stuck AGAIN. I need help

I'm wondering if you'd get a better (any) response from the weight loss board? If you do re-post it is helpful to include more info. Such as what is your height?.. what is your current average calorie intake? How many carbs/protein/fats are you eating? What does a typical days diet and exercise look like - how does this look across a whole week? Also people will ask if you're taking measurements and seeing inches shifting rather than the scale moving? And if you're still using ozempic or if you've stopped now? How carefully are you tracking calories?
The above is all information I think is important for people to give helpful advice on where things could be changed or if there's something else going on.
I want to be more helpful but in my experience I'll stall for several months at a time regardless of anything and my weight won't move until it wants to. I just try to stay consistent regardless.

You're starving yourself on only 800 calories a day. At that weight you should be able to eat 1300 calories and loose weight, particularly if you're doing exercise.
