does anyone take bisoprolol 2.5mg? Been prescribed from my cardiologist for my pvcs but scared of side effects. Someone give me some hope please x

I've been taking bisoprolol for 7 years for my heart condition (Not for pvcs like you) and it's been absolutely fine. It does make me sleepy as I am now up to 7.5mg a day which I split between morning and night. But no other side effects.
I have health anxiety too and hate taking new medication but I hope this helps. Take care.

Hi! i was initially prescribed bisoprolol for PVCs in December but then cardiology changed it to carvedilol as biso is contraindicated for raynauds which i have severely. How are you getting on? i was told i was getting 18% PVcs in 24 hrs from a 24hr ecg. It's been awful - still is tbh!! i still get some most days and find they make me very anxious.

How did you get on taking the bisoprolol?
Or are you still thinking about it?

@MissD92 how are you? Did u take it V ive been on it for over a week and i have itchy skin from it and a rahas on my face x

For those who took bisoporol for PVCs - how are you getting on? I've just been prescribed this for the same thing.
