Breast pain

Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone experiences awful breast pain roughly 2 weeks before there period? Like the breast pain when you've just given birth, I never used to suffer with that but the last 8 months I have, so painful I can't even walk down the stairs or brush my arms past them! Any advise or painkillers would help I can't take ibuprofen due to bleeding on the stomach so I only take paracetamol

Yeah I've been having that too, I thought it might be the start of peri-menopause?

Have you tried taking daily Evening Primrose oil capsules? They are recommended by most specialists for breast pain.

Worth a try. You can get EPO in most supermarkets and chemists these days.
