Help! My body measurements are now all the same.

I am 46 and peri-meno. I previously had an ok curvy shape but measured myself today and I'm 44 bust, 44 waist and 44 hips.
Oh my god, what do I do!?? (Except cry!)

Have you measured at the correct place for waist? Do you have past measurements for reference?
