Vaginal bleeding after bowl movement

Hi,
I'm a bit worried as the past week I've noticed when I've gone to the toilet to poop when I wipe my vagina there's fresh blood come out. Not everytime but some times. I thought I was starting with a yeast infection so have taken something for it so no longer irritated down there but still getting the blood. I'm on the pill where you don't have a period and I've been taking it everyday so don't think it's a period. Also back in March my test results from my smear test came back HPV positive and abnormal cells. Went for a colposcopy and they said nothing looked cancerous so to have another smear in a years time. I was having some pain in my pelvic area so my doctor sent me for an ultrasound. Only thing that came back was something like varicose veins on my pelvic floor which they put down to having my baby. I'm currently waiting for a gynaecologist appointment but it doesn't seem to be any time soon. I remember the gp mentioning that I have cervical erosion as well. I'm just not sure wether to ring the doctors as I have a referral already. I'm just worried it's somthing to do with the HPV or cells. Has anyone has anything similar?

thanks in advance x

Get this checked out ASAP … Are you sure the blood is coming from your vagina though? … Could it be piles?

Yeh it's definitely from my vagina, it hasn't happened today though. I will contact the GP tomorrow x

Hope that the GP managed to see you today @lilbooboo1

My best guess is cervical erosion, @lilbooboo1.
What did your GP say?

So manage to get an appointment with the GP, she said she doesn't really know what is causing it. She said the cervix erosion could be part of it but I would more then likely be getting blood during sex which I haven't been. Only when I push down on the toilet. Good thing is she said she will try fast track my gynaecologist appointment as I'm in a bit of pain with it. She also checked everything out down there and she said everything looks ok. So just waiting for the appointment now. Finger crossed it comes soon 🤞

Hey :) so after seeing the doctors I had about 2-3 days of period type pain especially if I laid down. Not a lot of blood but some now and again. Mostly when I went to the toilet (bowel movement). Thank fully it seems to have stopped for the past week and no pain. My GP took swabs and checked down there and everything came back fine. Still waiting on my gynaecologist appointment to look into it more. The more I've looked into pelvic congestion syndrome I'm thinking it could be that. I have a lot of the symptoms of it and think I've had it since being young. It's just gotten worse from being pregnant. Will let you know when I eventually see the gynaecologist xx

I hope it was just hormonal can’t tell it’s just after BM but in my case BM makes the bleeding worse
