Has anyone tried these? I have a bit of stress incontinence mainly when I run, sneeze etc. I tend to use a pantyliner but wondered whether these are worth investing in.

Some of them are quite expensive though .

You can get washable ones if that’s an issue.

Have a look on incontinenceshop.com - they have loads of different options, washable and disposable.

Hopefully they will have something that matches your needs and budget.

Yes I have - they are very comfortable and hold much more than pads. Even full bladder.

Downside is the cost and also if You want to change You need to take shoes and pants all off.

The best are Tena Silhouette Plus as those hold the most, for smaller absorption I think there is no point to buy them.

I use shaped pads - Tena Comfort instead as they hold even more and cost many times less.

It is up to You, basically if 1 pair will last for whole day for You then they are very good, but if not then probably not. Recommend to try those

Please don't just accept stress incontinence... There is so much that can be done for this. Go see your GP.

I use Modibodi pants. They're suitable for bladder leaks and period. I find light/moderate are fine for sneezes and when running. No smell when I'm wearing them, never feel damp or that I need to change during the day. Just pop them in a normal underwear wash.

You can try 1 pair for x days (can't remember how long - but over a month) and return them if they don't work for you.

I also find I leak far less when on top of my pelvic floor exercises 😉 Make sure you're seeking help with the cause as well.

Like PP I use Modibodi, light for sneezing., the medium one for running etc.

They look and feel like normal underwear.

They meant I tried indoor climbing last weekend!

I use marks and Spencer period pants for my stress incontinence. They work better for that than they do for actual periods ime.

I've just started taking HRT for my prolapse and urinary incontinence issues.

It's bloody horrible to have this problem.
