Should I Get this Checked?

Hi. I've had diarrhoea like bowel movements in the morning, really smelly wind and bleeding when I wipe myself. There usually isn't much blood.

Should I see a GP? Has anyone had these symptoms and have they have been connected with anything serious?

I've had the bleeding for some time but I think it is because I wipe myself vigorously. The diarrhoea is fairly recent and the wind has been going on for a while.

Any such changes should be checked out - better safe than sorry

Yes, it is persistent and requires investigation. Could be some form of IBD, or something minor like a fissure, haemorrhoids
