Electronic Pelvic Floor trainer

Post kids and in perimenopause I've started to have the occasional leak. I know my mum suffered with this and I want to try improve it before it gets even worse.

I've been religiously doing pelvic floor exercises for months which weren't helping. Turns out I was doing it completely wrong 🤦🏻‍♀️

I've seen a doctor and a physio who have both suggested an electric pelvic floor trainer.

Can anyone recommend one? 🤞🏻

Haven’t tried it yet but have just ordered the Kegel8 as I saw it recommended on here by a few people

I have just purchased the sensatone one from Amazon, only used it twice as only arrived today , reviews were good and I can really feel the muscles contracting down there.
