Diagnostic Lap+dye blocked tube

Hi, after some advice as all I do lately is live my anxious head.

I am 39 and have a 14 year old daughter with a previous partner. I’ve been with my current partner for 7 years and unfortunately we miscarried in Dec 2019, we been unable to conceive since and I’ve had numerous issues with my menses with heavy periods/spotting and unbearable pain.

After a long wait for a referral I’ve had a couple of pelvic scans, gynae told me I’ve a couple of small fibroids and then the fertility doctor said he thought my right ovary looked slightly polycystic (which is where my pain is located) and spots of endo. I still have regular periods and my AMH is classed as normal. My partners sample was satisfactory too.

2 weeks ago I had a diagnostic lap with dye, it was a late discharge so I didn’t see a doctor post-op to find out what their findings were but on my discharge summary I read my left tube was blocked as the dye didn’t spill through. I don’t have a follow up until mid Jan and as you can imagine all I have been doing is worry myself sick.

has anybody been in a similar situation? What did they do about the blockage if anything?

I know I don’t qualify for IVF on NHS so this isn’t something we are looking at.

would be grateful for any help or advice
thanks
