Can't walk after pregnancy?

Hi all,

Has anyone experienced this?

I had pelvic girdle in pregnancy but I'm 8 weeks PP and I still can't bloody walk a distance - I can potter around the house okay but if I do any walking around town or to the park or even around the supermarket it's agony and then I pay for it later for a few days with really bad pain in my groin and joint area, sometimes my knees get bad to and I genuinely can't walk without being in pain, literally stuck on the sofa tonight and I don't know why.

I'm going to the doctors Wednesday for my check up so I'll mention it then but was wondering if anyone could shed some light on what it is

Thank you

I'm 13 months pp and still have pgp, I'm currently getting physio for it. Get yourself some physio

Get a physio and do the exercises religiously. I suffered for months post partum but was better within about 8 weeks after starting the exercises.
