Does anyone else have polypoid endometrium?

I had a hysteroscopy and my discharge letter says I have no polyps but a polypoid endometrium. Histology has been sent on rapid access pathway (but was from rapid access clinic so hopefully that is why!).

All my problems (heavy bleeding, periods cramps) started when I was having chemo for breast cancer so I was sure it was related to that. I've just finished all that treatment and now I'm worried about this!

I have had a scan which showed thickened uterus, hence the need for a hysteroscopy, and a vacuum biopsy of uterus, which has come back all normal.

Any reassurance please?

I came across this thread as I have just been told the same after a hysteroscopy. I'm literally lying in the hospital bed as I write!

Did you get any reassurance?
