Old Cesarean Scar Throbbing

I had a cesarean 15 months ago, it all went fine, easy recovery, mild infection that went with antibiotics.
Recently, in the last month or so it has started throbbing and twinging, it's not exactly painful but it does feel uncomfortable, like something is clenching.
Has anyone else had this?

It could be scar tissue but do get it properly checked by your GP.

Get it checked. I have operations scars that feel weird decades later - tingling etc.
