I've had an internal and external burn down below for about a week, no STI's but I do have lichen sclerosus however only experienced an itch with this, I am so sore down below even sitting down is uncomfortable, took a thrush pessary last night incase it's that but I don't feel any better today. Making me miserable it feels on fire, what could be causing this :(

Could you be diabetic?

I got this as a symptom, apparently it's quite common in women. Your local pharmacy can probably do a blood glucose test but you will need an A1C blood test from your GP.

I hadn't thought of that, I don't really get any symptoms of diabetes from what I know, I'm generally healthy

Could it be the thrush treatment you're using? As I have lichen sclerosus too, but before I was diagnosed I thought it was thrush. Tried some cream and I had to wash it off as it burned so much.

Well I used the pessary because I have such bad burning, I haven't noticed an improvement though

Never heard of this! What is it?

It is an infection of aerobic bacteria. NHS don't test for it so you would need a focus, evvy or juno test. It can be very painful. The my vagina website of killing bv Facebook group has lots of info.
