Traces of blood in urine sample- constant backaches, worried

I've had some issues with my urethra area ever since they removed my catheter post baby (July 2020) if I think back to it, with what felt like shooting pains up it, but the last few months it's been a lot worse.

I don't have burning when I pee but more towards the end I of a pee I get pain that seems to shoot all around my pelvis and lasts a few minutes. I've also got constant lower back ache that feels right by my Coccyx, the kind of backache you get before a period.

I went to the gp 2 weeks ago but no appointments so they dipped my urine, showed an infection so text me and prescribed antibiotics for 3 days. It didn't get any better so I tried to get an appointment again- again just had to send in a sample and got a text to say I now had yeast in there so needed caneston.

I haven't seen any improvement and the lower backache is still there 24/7. Today I've received a text to say there were traces of blood in my last sample so I need to repeat the sample in 2 weeks. They never told me about the blood before.

I've now fallen down the horrid rabbit hole of Googling and worrying that I have bladder cancer because it's been going on for a few months and my second sample didn't show an infection, just traces of blood.

Has anyone had this and can provide me with some reassurance or tell me what I should do next? I just can't get an appointment!

For history I'm 33 and have stage 4 endo- lots of prior surgeries for bladder, bowel, you name it endo excision.
