Vagifem vs HRT

I'm 48 and have many peri symptoms. Still regular periods .
DM had BC so I'm wary of HRT. I was thinking of asking GP for Vagifem to help with vag dryness and urinary

Urinary symptoms. I'm also very overweight. Is there any 'safe' HRT that I could discuss with GP, oestrogen gel and Utrogestan maybe? Its really getting me down, terrible mood swings, headaches, joint pains, anxiety, itchy skin, etc.

I use Immvagis (you can pick which way you want to apply your vaginal oestrogen) and it sorted the itch in 2 weeks.

It won't do anything for the other symptoms though - if you used vaginal oestrogen for a whole year you would get the same dose as one day of HRT.
