Periods while breastfeeding?

Hiya. I got my first period in 19 months last month because I've been BF and night weaned DD. I had a period 29th oct to 4th nov. On the 10th I took the morning after pill then a week later had bleeding for 2 days. I'm now a few days late. Should I be worried? Or do periods still come and go?

They can still be irregular, and the morning after pill can also affect them. If you took it on the 10th, that's over 2 weeks ago so you'd expect a pregnancy test to be showing positive if it hadn't worked
