I'm mid 40s with an irritatingly short cycle thanks to peri menopause. However , I only really have 1 heavy day and overnight. The rest is fairly light. Thinking of taking the plunge with some period pants. My questions are...
--what do you do with used ones? Put them in the wash as you go, along with a general load? Or do you use a nappy bin type thing, and keep them until the end of your period (and if so, does it get a bit stinky?)
- are they sweaty/ nylony? I'm prone to thrush hence the question.
- are they ok/ leakproof/ moving around-proof overnight?
- what's the sizing like on the various brands? I'll prob avoid Primark/ other v cheap brands as I'm assuming they're likely to be the most plasticky/ polyestery.
