I've started getting excruciating pain on the last day or 2 of my period.
It's so bad I can barely move & feel like I'm going to vomit.
I turned 40 earlier this year & have noticed a couple of peri symptoms beginning.
Cramps are more than bearable just before it's starts, it's only the end ones which make me want to rip my insides out.
