Heavy periods pain after sex and orgasm

I had a cold coagulation for CIN 3 8 weeks ago. Nothing else was found Prior to this I was having very painful periods clots , cramping after sex particularly after orgasm. Could anyone tell me what this could be? I'm avoiding sex while I have it it's fine but afterwards it really hurt it feels like a muscle cramping sensation.

How long have you been experiencing painful periods and clots?

Endometriosis can cause both painful periods and heavy bleeding to arise. Deep pain during sex can also be indicative of this being present. You need to see a gynaecologist for this issue as this problem is well outside a GPs general remit.

Definitely get this checked.
There are all sorts of things it could be, fibroids, endometriosis etc. The doc will refer you most likely to a gynaecologist.

Endometriosis can be painful due to lesions that grow in the uterine cavity (and surrounding area). They can be removed surgically but can be recurrent.
