Just that really ....

Seems to have got worse after second baby
Only noticed this week just how bad it is ..

Any advice for me PLEASE? :(

I've never taken and form of pills relating to periods that sort of thing .. always thought it made it worse? From what people have told me but I'm keeping an open mind ..

Anything in particular worked for anyone?

I am exclusively breastfeeding and my periods returned at around three months!

Not planning on conceiving anytime so that's not an issue.

Thank you

I had it too after second baby. It was horrendous. My hormones seemed to settle down eventually, I took starflower oil every day and still do!

I took Agnis cacti. However l would be very careful if you are breastfeeding OP

(I exclusively breast fed too and I had a period 31 days after having baby 🙄)

I have both the Mirena coil and I'm on the pill and I've finally settled my hormones! Much happier and less shouty now 😊

Thank you everyone. I will have a look.

I had a quick search online too I think I have PMDD most symptoms I have, never actually heard of it before!

Was worried about myself Sunday just before I came on, intense rage, felt so low like I didn't want to be here ( came from nowhere ) awful to family , literally didn't recognise myself
Pulling out my hair , crying .... gosh

Didn't know what was wrong with me!

I've come on, feel back to normal almost but low energy compared to usual!

It's awful how they can have so much control over you! I thought something was wrong with me

That's what I've got, it's really awful because when you don't know you've got it, you think you're going mad! Hugs, hope you get sorted. I was recommended the coil to sort it but the on off bleeding did my head in so that's why I got the pill too.

I'm so glad I've seen this thread - I've literally been suffering this for the last year. It's usually during my period or the week leading up to, or both.

I just RAGE about nothing. Completely consumes me, and if I don't get the answer or solution I want I become relentless. It's awful.
Once I've calmed down I instantly think, what the hell was that. I shouldn't of said that, or reacted like that.. and then the smallest thing will start me off again.
I'll then sit crying, feeling like my worlds imploding then get an overwhelming sense of guilt and have to fix it. It drives me insane and those around me to their wits ends at times.

My doctors are completely ignorant. Fob you off left right and centre and you never see the same doctor twice.

I'm even sat here now, still shaking after kicking off after I cleaned the bathroom because of how much of a mess it was?? And because I didn't get the. ... oh I'm sorry I wanted. I turned it into a whole big thing.

Feel like I'm loosing my mind sometimes. And it's always around my period or ovulation.

I think Omega 3 capsules have helped me. Started taking them 4 months ago and I’d say it’s been about 3 months since I’ve really lost my temper
