Mid cycle spotting

For the past 3 months I've been getting spotting middle of the month. Not sure why this is happening, Google says it's fairly normal but what actually causes it? Don't want to bother the GP if it's nothing to worry about. Anyone have similar?

Ha report it and ask to have it moved. But yes I get spotting mid cycle, it's ovulation bleeding. And funnily enough lifting can make it worse so you've picked the perfect section 😆. I don't know how normal it is though but a similar google suggests it is.
