I am on desogestrel and do not get periods, ever. 2 weeks ago I randomly started bleeding. It varies from bright red big clots to what I would call brown old blood. Apart from being annoying, I also have constant cramp. Its not crippling pain but very uncomfortable. Its all really getting me down.
At what point do I speak to a doctor?
