When should I worry about breast lumps during pregnancy?

I am starting this off by saying I suffer from health anxiety and since pregnancy it has spiked a little bit. My boobs have gotten heavier and lumpier so last week I attended an ultrasound. Today, I was checking and felt a lump on the very outer corner of my side boob so like not lower, not upper but kind of right in the middle. It is fixed and hard. I have had breast reduction 2 years ago so I know it could be scar tissue, or it could also be pregnancy related. However the non moveable element scares me. I know I had a clear ultrasound a week ago, but I am really not sure if the sonographer went over that area as it’s on the VERY VERY outer corner of my middle breast so I worry she might have missed this part. Am I overreacting or shall I mention this to my OBGYN on my next visit?
