Breast lump advice please

Hello there..
I'm 26 weeks pregnancy and a month ago I found a hard mass or lump (smooth) in my right breast at the top.. I've been to the doctors and I've been referred being seen this week.. i'm just so anxious has anyone had this experience? I had a little one in my armpit which has gone now but it caused me to check the rest. It's not really painful but there's somewhat a different feeling, it's more swollen than the other and feels a little tender..

Try not to sit and stress about what it is or could be. Don't sit there feeling it and checking it.. just know you've done the right thing in getting checked and the fact you've got an appt this week is great.
Pregnancy does all sorts of things to our bodies and our breasts are one of those areas it does wild things too. It could be absolutely fine and normal. I had similiar when I was pregnant with my first and it turned out to be normal and just down to pregnancy. All soon settled.

Sorry I've just seen this, it ended up being nothing they could see. So I was assuming a milk duct
