Are these stretch marks on my back?

They have been there around 3/4 years and I have gained and lost some weight but they look different to all my other stretch marks... I can't think what else they would be though!

Could they be thread veins?

They look more like broken capillaries to me rather than stretch marks.

Check out whether you have intolerance to gluten or not. Could be dermatisis herpetiformis. I get these scratch like marks on my back if have gluten and can be itchy and sore also. Have a read up about it. Do you ever feel ill, get headaches if have bread, pastas, gravy etc. I would get it checked out with your doctor also.
