Right enough enough, im nearly 40 and been plagued by spots on my chin throughout my twenties and thirties. Each month I'll get between 1-3 deep spots. By the time they heal and the redness fades, the cycles returns and it's time for the next batch of spots. It's getting me down.

I have been using a prescription tretinoin for the last 2 years, I sleep on a silk pillow case, eat a reasonable diet, drink plenty of water, tried hormone balancing supplements. None of which have helped. The tret has improved the rest of the skin on my face. But nothing seems to stop the spots.

Anyone have any wises ideas?

Have you tried a low carb diet? Not one to do if you are already underweight given that you probably would lose weight, but it clears my skin up and also as a nice side effect reduces my period cramps.
