Terrible nausea and faintness before period

Since having my second child I feel absolutely dreadful 1-2 days before my period and throughout. Physically I feel like I’m getting sick, bad nausea and really lightheaded / feel like I’m going to faint spells. Also mentally with anxiety.

I’ve just tried to go for a run which I usually do a few times per week but had to stop halfway through and go to a shop to quickly inhale a smoothie…then very slow walk home feeling like I would pass out and still feel awful. I thought I was getting sick but then checked my period App and it’s the same timeline - 1 day before period.

Anyone else get this? Does it settle down? I’m 11 months post partum but only got periods back 4 months ago due to breastfeeding.

last month I actually felt suicidal for a few days which I’ve never experienced and I thought I had PPD or something but after my period all those feeling subsided! It’s such a dramatic shift

Dont have any solutions but i get this also. I had never experienced nausea with my period before but since my second child I have one day prior to my period where I feel very sick and can hardly eat. Anxiety has always been terrible about a week beforehand though! Like can hardly function. It's very frustrating!
