Interested to see replies as I get this as well but am not overweight, have a healthy diet, exercise regularly, am not on any medication, have no health issues and drink little caffeine.

I've had this since having DD2 about a month ago..was assuming it was hormone related

Is it all the time or does it track to ToTM? I get it the day before and first day of my period.

I had this but worse, sweating through the sheets, soaking so much so a day later they would still be wet. I thought it was early menopause and it turned out to be the duvet. I think it was goat hair or something but it was a v expensive one but it literally clung to me like a suction and once I changed it to a normal one they just sits on top it hasn't happened since, or v v rarely when I am actually too hot or had a heavy night

I had this only when I was pregnant, so assuming it’s hormone related.

KangarooKenny · 03/11/2022 10:17

For me it’s alcohol or hormones.

I'd love to know too. I'm slightly overweight but not by much. I don't smoke, don't drink, according to my Apple Watch do over 10K steps and over 30 min of exercise most days and my duvet is thin. Even when the heating's off and the room is cold I'll still wake up and need to wipe my chest down with a hand towel I keep by the bed because I'm soaking with sweat and the trickling sweat is tickling me awake. I don't wear nightwear. I've stopped using one of my bedding sets because there was a soaking wet body shape left when I got out of bed and it felt too damp to get back in after a middle of the night toilet trip.

I'd love to know the cause! It's only happened since just before I hit my 40's.
