Mid cycle bleeding

Wonder if anyone can advise?

On Wednesday evening I was using a vibrator- which was inserted. I noticed a lot of fresh blood on it but no pain.
The blood continued that evening and next day.
Since then there has been dark brown every time I wipe. Which can be stringy (sorry, TMI), but also like normal period blood.. just a darker colour.
Now today (5 days later), there was red fresh blood again this morning. Which has since turned in to dark brown and stringy.
I'm also sore now at the entrance to my vagina.

My period isn't due for 2 weeks. So what's going on? Could I have caused an injury? Is it normal for the blood to be changing? Yesterday was hardly any sign of anything so I'm confused why it's started up again!

Probably not.. I avoid them at all costs tbh! I'm hoping it clears up by itself.. whatever it is
Are you having the same symptoms?

Hoping someone may come along with advice 🤷‍♀️

I'm leaning more towards some kind of internal injury that keeps being irritated though.

It could be cervical erosion I've had this before with one of those. They are very common and nothing bad, it's where your cervix gets like raw patch and irritated and can spot after sex etc. Sometimes in some ladies the pill can cause them. Mine went away once I came off the pill (I had all checks etc via gynae also )
Keep an eye on it and mention to doctor xx
